Background information: I was born and raised in Oxfordshire but came to Fettes school from the age of 7. I then attended Manchester University and afterwards took a commission in the Army where I stayed for 5 years.

Since that time my career has been in shipping and I've lived and worked in several parts of the UK and for 5 years in Malta. I'm currently based in Scotland which suits me well as it means that I'm around to see my children grow up.

I'm a very positive person with strong values, good tempered , happy and confident within myself. I get on well with all sorts of people, I like children and enjoy life but I know that I'd be even happier if I could find the right lady!
