My Hobbies and Interests: Sailing is a lifelong passion, along with walking, cycling and archery. I've even been seen down the gym occasionally! I also enjoy art, art galleries, wildlife painting, exhibitions and have even been known to buy the odd piece. I still have a great interest in history, old houses and French furniture. On a slightly lighter note, eating out (especially Italian food) is always great, as are the theatre, wine and nice clothes. I've also travelled a fair bit, and would love to do some more of that.

Background Information: I Adopted at 6 weeks old, I grew up in different parts of Scotland and went to Leicester University to take a degree in Archaeology. After a few years of digging, I realised that interesting as it was, avoiding starvation was becoming a real priority, so a course in Marketing was the solution. I've worked in advertising and marketing ever since. In the late 1990s I traced my birth family to Seattle, Washington, and made contact. They were surprised but pleased to meet me and we have since become close.

Personality: I'm told that I'm very positive, kind, perceptive and supportive. I'm an imaginitive, creative person, interested in people and the world around me.
