Background Information: I was born and raised in Northern Ireland and after school I came to study at Dundee University. After graduation I lived in the north of England for two years working as a researcher for the university. I moved to Edinburgh in 2000 as I have family locally and had my own health food retail business for three years. Since selling the business four years ago, I’ve worked in local government.
